Shipping

Spicetone uses well known Carriers (express delivery companies) to make sure your order gets to you on time and in perfect condition. From the Checkout page you'll see your item description and shipping price.

Order Confirmation

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping Prices and Methods

The shipping prices vary from 20€ for European Union to 75€ for United States, Canada and Mexico and to 100€ for the rest of the world (up to 2kg). These are door to door shipping prices with well known international Carriers like DHL, TNT, Fedex, or Postal Service with Tracking Number.

Alternatively you can contact Spicetone by email to arrange cheaper and slower shipping by postal package for small items, like a separate cable; in that case we cannot give any shipping time guarantee nor can we guarantee the safety of the package.

Once the item leaves our warehouse and is given in the hands of the Carrier, we will supply you with a tracking number. The Carrier takes full responsibility for the safety of the package. If the package lost, damaged or not delivered in reasonable time, please let us know so we can demand compensation from the Carrier and either reimburse you or resend the goods. 

Taxes and Duties

We do ship outside European Union but please be aware: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

VAT for EU Private Customers

We have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) for sales to private customers in European Union. We are located in Estonia and the VAT is 20%. Do to restrictions in our webshop interface, prices are shown without VAT, unless indicated specifically to include VAT. The VAT free price is also the price for international customers.

VAT for EU Corporate Customers

Corporate customers registered in European Union, can buy at VAT exclusive prices if they have a valid VAT number. Please email us customer@spicetone.com to arrange VAT exclusive billing.

Shipping Time

During the checkout process it is clearly visible the if the item is in stock. If in stock, we will give it to the Carrier the same day or within the next working day after the payment is received. We then supply you with a tracking code on the email provided by you. The exact shipping time depends on the Carrier, but normally it should be in the range of 2-4 days for Europe and up to 2 weeks for the rest or the world (unless you specifically ask for slow postal package delivery).

If the item is not in stock, we might indicate the possibility of pre-buying it. In that case we will give the item to the Carrier to ship as soon as it is produced, tested and packed.
